And I used a art program called alchemy to make the basic shape than I took the picture into Sai and just painted over it. I'm not really sure how to explain it xD

Wow, this is really cool! Seems like you were just doing some texture and lighting practice...but the way you stuck it all together just works so well. Really sweet composition and colour balance.... this is the kind of thing that would look really good on a wall ^^
